Emily Ann Pilates was founded by Emily, whose lifelong passion for movement began with ballet. Growing up immersed in dance, she trained at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance and later spent four years in Australia teaching ballet. During this time, she discovered the transformative benefits of Pilates—both for her own body and overall well-being. Drawn to the strength, flexibility, and balance that Pilates promotes, Emily returned to the UK to share her love for this practice with others. In 2020, she founded Emily Ann Pilates with a mission to empower individuals to feel confident, strong, and connected to their bodies.

At Emily Ann Pilates, she focuses on creating a welcoming, supportive space where everyone can achieve their fitness goals. Through personalised instruction, she helps clients build core strength, increase flexibility, and embrace a balanced, mindful approach to wellness.
